The Request for Proposal Document associated with the SWORWIB’s interest in obtaining technical assistance with the recently awarded Department of Labor Opioid Crisis Grant(s) is attached in this section of our website. This RFP is specifically for assistance to the SWORWIB in collaborating with partners and referral sources to manage information-sharing and joint efforts to assist eligible individuals in Cincinnati and Hamilton County. If you have any questions, please send them directly to Sherry Kelley Marshall, SWORWIB President/CEO (smarshall@SWORWIB.org) and know that any and all questions sent to this email will be attached to the website where this RFP is located as addendum commentary to the RFP for public review from the website: http://www.sworwib.org/requests-for-proposals/. There will not be attribution associated with the questions. The SWORWIB welcomes your submission.
Below are answers to questions emailed to the SWORWIB on 12/4/2018:
Question: Can any agency working in addiction services respond to this RFP/ and/or are there any agencies prohibited from submitting?
ANSWER: This RFP relates to services directly for the SWORWIB under the newly received Opioid Grant, therefore we do not anticipate any conflicts that would prohibit any of the organizations that apply from consideration based on the merits of the response and information on the cover sheet.
Question: Can you provide a range for the services or a budget for the services?
ANSWER: The SWORWIB does not reveal the budget or a price range as we use price estimate as a key selection score. The grant is for two years for communications and referral system development and delivery.
Question: Will the SWORWIB select more than one vendor?
ANSWER: We will only select one vendor.
Past Requests for Proposals
At this time, the SWORWIB is prepared to manage a reprocurement process for the One-Stop Operator serving Cincinnati and Hamilton County, WIOA Ohio Local Area #13. Our first step is to collect necessary information from interested bidders who want notification of the Request for Proposals (RFP) release. The SWORWIB hopes to improve respondents in number and quality by expanding our reach to as many potential respondents for consideration. If you are interested in considering responding to our RFP, which will be released, later in December, please complete the attached pre-registration interest form and email it to smarshall@SWORWIB.org or mail it Sherry Kelley Marshall, President/CEO at 100 Scarlet Oaks, Building 100/Room 102, Cincinnati, OH 45241. This is only the preregistration for notification of the release of the actual Request for Proposals. There will be no questions to be answered at this opening stage of the RFP Process. Thank you for your interest.
